As a **Service Video Advisor/Parts Advisor** at **Volvo of Halifax**, you will create video updates of ongoing vehicle repairs, keeping clients informed and involved in the decision-making process. This innovative approach ensures transparency and effective communication with Technicians and Service Advisors. Additionally, as the main point of contact for parts sales, you will manage inventory, provide customer advice, and collaborate with the sales department and service personnel. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, customer-focused individual with a strong understanding of automotive service, offering the chance to enhance customer satisfaction and support the service department's success

**_ Hourly Wage Range: $17.05-$19.25 Per Hour + Potential Bonus_**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
- Proper explanation of the technicians’ vehicle prognosis on video
- Efficient and prompt upload of video to the client
- Files all Manufacturer’s reference paper work; i.e. packing slips, bills of landing, etc.
- Verifies all Manufacturer’s packing slips to invoices
- Reports on appropriate forms any / all discrepancies and mails a copy to Manufacturer
- Verifies all purchase orders against invoices
- Ordering and receiving parts with accuracy
- Communicating with customers, technicians, suppliers
- Managing parts inventories to optimize parts sales
- Maintains and revises inventory computer system as required
- Files all Manufacturer’s reference paper work; i.e. packing slips, bills of landing, etc.
- Verifies all Manufacturer’s packing slips to invoices
- Reports on appropriate forms any / all discrepancies and mails a copy to Manufacturer
- Verifies all purchase orders against invoices
- Ordering and receiving parts with accuracy
- Communicating with customers, technicians, suppliers

**Requirements**:

- Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
- Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated
- Ability to work with mínimal supervision.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driver’s abstract.
