Job Summary
- Possesses current rehab/patient care experience
- Demonstrates independence in managing own schedule, responsibilities, and caseload
- Demonstrates skill and interest in working with individuals with varied neurological diagnoses and impairments
- Possesses an attitude of respect and sensitivity towards clients with varied backgrounds, abilities and educational status
- Demonstrates familiarity with treatment of physical and cognitive impairments
- Demonstrates initiative, willingness to learn, and ability to determine innovative solutions and treatment plans
- Demonstrates ability to work as a cohesive and collaborative team member
- Flexibility to work various shifts as assigned, based on operational needs
- Demonstrated excellence in communication, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated problem assessment skills
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service and teamwork
- Demonstrated individual leadership skills

**Qualifications**:
- Completion of the combined Physical Therapy/Occupational Therapy Assistant diploma from a recognized college, required
- Valid Ontario Class “G” Driver’s License and reliable vehicle for use on corporate business
