**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties, including plumbing, electrical, Painting, Drywall, taping and carpentry tasks.
- Conduct landscape maintenance, ensuring gardens and outdoor spaces are well-kept and aesthetically pleasing.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various repair and maintenance projects.
- Assist with irrigation systems, ensuring proper functionality for gardens and landscapes.
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and complete tasks in a timely manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety protocols at all times.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in maintenance person services or related fields is preferred.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance techniques and practices is beneficial.
- Proficient in using hand tools and power tools effectively.
- Basic knowledge of irrigation systems is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
