ConduitHR is a boutique firm specializing in recruitment services and human resources consulting support. We are based in the GTA and serve clients across the nation. Our client, in the General maintenance industry is seeking motivated snow removal workers reporting to the Supervisor. **Duties**: - Execute snow removal duties to clear roads, parking lots, and sidewalks during winter weather conditions - Remove snow and ice from designated areas manually - Monitor weather conditions and respond promptly to snow removal requests - Follow established routes and schedules to ensure timely and efficient snow removal - Communicate with supervisors and team members to coordinate snow removal efforts - Keep accurate records of work performed, including hours worked and materials used Qualifications: - Previous experience operating snow plow equipment is preferred but not required - Ability to work in cold weather conditions for extended periods of time - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions **Skills**: - Ability to dig, maintain, and repair outdoor areas affected by snow accumulation - Proficiency in using hand tools such as shovels, ice scrapers, and brooms **Note**:This position is seasonal and is dependent on winter weather conditions.
