**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow plow equipment to clear snow from roads, parking lots, and walkways.
- Perform routine maintenance on snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Utilize hand tools for additional snow removal tasks as needed.
- Dig out areas that require additional attention or where snow accumulation is excessive.
- Maintain snow removal integrity while performing snow removal duties.
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment during winter operations.
- Respond promptly to changing weather conditions and adjust operations accordingly.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in operating snow plow equipment or similar machinery is preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain equipment effectively.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to use hand tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods.
- A valid driver's license is required; CDL may be preferred depending on the equipment used.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: From $24.85 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Additional pay:

- Overtime pay

**Experience**:

- Snow plowing: 2 years (required)
