**Overview**
We are seeking independent snow removal individuals in Mississauga, ON to continue to add to our list of subcontractors.

This role requires a strong understanding of mechanical equipment, as well as the ability to operate various hand tools as a shovel and or snow blower.

**Responsibilities**
- Operate snow blower or vehicles to remove snow and ice from residential driveways.
- Utilize hand tools for effective snow removal and maintenance tasks.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on snow removal equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Clear pathways, sidewalks, and entrances to ensure safety for residential homeowners.
- Collaborate with our staff to coordinate snow removal efforts during severe weather events.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed.
- Adhere to safety protocols while operating machinery and handling tools.

**Requirements**:

- Must have your own tools, snow shovel, snow blower and or snow plow truck.
- Valid insurance including wsib.
- Proven mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Experience with hand tools relevant to snow removal operations.
- Familiarity with landscape maintenance practices is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Ability to work in adverse weather conditions for extended periods.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
