As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience. You will assist with placing and tracking orders, handling inquiries, and providing top-notch support to ensure timely deliveries of our beautiful floral arrangements.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Process and track orders accurately
- Assist with resolving customer issues and concerns
- Ensure timely communication with our florists to guarantee smooth deliveries
- Provide excellent service to enhance customer satisfaction
- Handle and resolve customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner
- Maintain customer records by updating account information
- Assist with product returns, exchanges, and refunds
- Upsell products and services to customers when appropriate

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service experience (preferred)
- Must be available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as well during peak holiday periods
- Ability to work in an office setting
