**Job Overview**

**Duties**
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including proper food handling and adherence to food safety standards.
- Manage time effectively during busy periods to ensure timely service while maintaining quality.
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels and reporting any shortages or discrepancies.
- Collaborate with service and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service between the bar and dining areas.
- Stay informed about drink specials, menu changes, and promotions to effectively communicate with guests.

**Qualifications**
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred, particularly in a bartending or food service role.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours.
- Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and order processing.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Ability to work well in a team environment while also being self-motivated.
