**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Supervise and coordinate front-of-house staff to ensure efficient service delivery
- Oversee food preparation, serving, and customer interactions to maintain high standards of hospitality
- Manage POS systems such as Square for order processing and cash handling
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures
- Monitor restaurant operations to optimize workflow and guest satisfaction
- Train staff on food service protocols, customer service excellence, and safety procedures
- Handle customer complaints professionally and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations
- Assist in inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

**Experience**
- Proven supervisory experience within the food service or hospitality industry 3-5 years Preferred.
- Extensive restaurant management background with knowledge of food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Strong leadership skills with experience in team management, interviewing, and staff development
- Background in food safety standards and food handling regulations
- Demonstrated ability to manage restaurant operations efficiently while providing excellent customer service
- Experience working in diverse settings such as hotels or bars is advantageous

Pay: $17.50-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
