Front of House Manager

Birminghams is looking for a New team member for our Regina location. This individual must have there Serve it Right course before applying. We are looking for that outstanding person to help take us to the next level with costumer service and the ability to communicate well with the rest of the staff front and back of house. We are looking for someone to work 4 shifts managing and 1 shift bartending. You must be able to take direction and run with it as well as being comfortable on a microphone and face book live. There will be opening and closing shifts as well as weekends and weekdays, must be able to problem solve faster then you can say " BVAH" and always looking to help your staff and costumers, remember 99.9% of the time the costumer is always right and that 1% is also right but couldn't tell you properly, well because of "booze". We would like you to have experience in Managing but if the right person comes along then we are willing to train. As for education we want the individual to be able to speak english. We also need the person to make eye contact longer then 2 seconds without feeling nervous, since this is a big part of talking to customers. And finally we are hopeful for a person who can bartend, run food, serve drinks and seat people at our front doors, this is a must since these are the duties we do everyday.
