**Who we are**

Tribe Property Technologies is a prop-tech company simplifying residential community living (think: condo living) through the modernization of the property management industry. Our Vision is to change the way people view community living, connect with their neighbours and interact with their homes, while our Mission is to provide the most comprehensive suite of products and services for building and managing residential communities.

Our name Tribe comes from our experiences with community and community living. We define it as: A group of people having a common character, occupation or interest, with sense of connection, kinship and community. If you have a minute, you can read more about our name from our CEO, Joseph Nakhla.

We believe in a holistic vision of community living, supported by education, connection and communication. We work together with owners, residents, councils/boards, real estate developers and vendors to understand the complete community from pre-construction to post-occupancy, making community our business.

Tribe is the sixth largest strata/condo and rental management company in Canada with offices in downtown Vancouver, Delta, Victoria, Kelowna, Kamloops, Calgary and Cambridge.
