**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement human resources policies and procedures that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee recruitment and hiring processes to ensure that we attract and retain top talent.
- Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and disciplinary action.
- Develop and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee benefits.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations, including health and safety regulations, employment standards, and privacy legislation.
- Develop and implement training and development programs to help employees enhance their skills and advance their careers.
- Maintain accurate employee records and prepare reports on HR metrics and KPIs.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
- At least 5 years of experience in HR, preferably in the automotive or trucking industry.
- Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage teams effectively.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $73,478.00-$78,364.00 per year
