- **3D CAD design for 3D printing**:
- **General maintenance and troubleshooting of all types of electrical and mechanical equipment.**
Assembling electro-mechanical and robotic systems according to schematics and specifications, including mounting mechanical components, wiring electrical circuits, and connecting pneumatic lines.
**Programming and calibration**:
Writing robotic control programs to define movement patterns and sequences, adjusting sensor parameters, and calibrating robotic systems to ensure precise operation. Primarily with PLC’s from Omron, Delta, and Siemens.
**Maintenance and repair**:
Identifying and resolving malfunctions in electro-mechanical production equipment and robotic systems by troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and pneumatic issues, replacing faulty components, and performing routine preventative maintenance checks.
**Troubleshooting**:
Diagnosing errors in electro-mechanical production equipment robotic systems using diagnostic tools, analyzing error codes, and implementing corrective actions.
**Quality control**:
Inspecting electro-mechanical production equipment and robotic systems for proper functionality, ensuring compliance with safety standards, and documenting maintenance activities.
**Technical documentation**:
Reading and interpreting technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to understand system design and component specifications.
**Operator training**:
Providing training to production personnel on proper operation and safety procedures related to robotic systems.
Required skills and qualifications:
- **Technical knowledge**:
Strong understanding of electrical circuits, mechanical principles, pneumatic systems, and basic programming languages used in robotics.
**Troubleshooting abilities**:
Excellent problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues in electro-mechanical production equipment and robotic systems.
**Hand dexterity**:
Ability to work with small components and perform precise assembly tasks using hand tools.
**Mechanical aptitude**:
Familiarity with mechanical components like motors, actuators, bearings, and gear systems.
**Electrical skills**:
Knowledge of wiring practices, electrical testing equipment, and ability to troubleshoot electrical circuits.

Pay: $52,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
