**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Review courier invoices and match the shipping charges to client orders to make sure we did not overpay or were not overcharged for shipping.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal departments to resolve discrepancies and inquiries related to invoices and payments.
- Maintain accurate records of all accounts payable transactions and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Assist in month-end closing activities by preparing necessary reports and invoices for the accounting team.
- Conduct data entry tasks with a high level of accuracy to maintain updated financial records.
- Utilize various software such as Shopify, Google Sheets and Quickbooks.

**Skills**
- Strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Excellent data entry skills with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to perform account reconciliation effectively.
- Strong analytical skills for financial analysis and reporting.
- Google Workspace including Gmail and Google Sheets

Pay: $18.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
