We specialize in offering high-quality pre-owned vehicles and providing exceptional customer service. As our business grows, we are looking for a motivated and experienced Used Car Sales Representative to join our team.

## What You’ll Do
- Engage with customers to understand their vehicle needs and preferences
- Present and showcase a variety of used vehicles, highlighting features, pricing, and financing options
- Coordinate and facilitate test drives
- Assist customers in making informed buying decisions and closing sales
- Process sales paperwork efficiently and accurately
- Stay updated on our latest inventory and market trends
- Handle trade-ins, appraisals, and vehicle inspections
- Build long-term customer relationships to drive repeat business and referrals
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets

## What We’re Looking For
- *Automotive sales experience is REQUIRED* (at least 1 year preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated with a passion for sales and customer service
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Basic knowledge of vehicles and industry trends is a plus
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Availability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
