As we continue to grow, we’re looking for **experienced and motivated Automotive Sales Representatives** who are ready to drive success and grow with us.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Welcome and engage walk-in and online customers with professionalism and a customer-first approach.
- Deliver clear and persuasive vehicle presentations, including coordination of test drives.
- Proactively follow up on leads generated through the company website, digital platforms, and referrals.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships through exceptional service and follow-up care.
- Manage the full sales cycle, including pricing discussions, trade-in evaluations, and financing/payment options.
- Accurately document all sales activities, interactions, and client information using CRM tools.
- Stay informed on current vehicle inventory, market pricing, and promotional offers to support sales strategy.

**Qualifications**
- **Valid VSA Sales License (required)**:

- Proven success in automotive or high-volume retail sales
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Self-starter with a positive attitude and goal-oriented mindset
- Valid Class 5 BC Driver’s License with a clean driving abstract
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and digital tools an asset

**Work Schedule**
- 8-hour shifts
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed (based on sales flow and customer demand)

Pay: Up to $180,000.00 per year
