**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Content Creation**: Create basic digital content, including photography and videography for social media and website updates for more organic content.
- **Website and Listings**: Handle day-to-day website updates and ensure real estate rental listings are current across all platforms.
- **Graphic Design**: Assist with basic graphic design needs for marketing layouts and promotional materials, with the ability to use Adobe Creative Suite.**Event Support**:**Event organization and coordination, event/guillera marketing, public gatherings, community events, and development launches.**Administration**:**Highly organized, assisting in coordination of invoices, project communication with vendors.

**Required Skills & Attributes**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in a marketing or similar role or just new graduated- **Personal Characteristics**: A proactive, can-do attitude with a collaborative spirit and strong attention to detail. A natural inclination to technology, a curiosity of AI tools including ChatGPT, Gemini and Others, a desire to create and learn best in class marketing.

**Education**: Preferred
- Associate's degree or better in Marketing
- Associate's degree or better in Business Administration
