**Payroll and Benefits Administrator**

**Duties**

Deliver flawless payroll processing on a timely basis

Process semi-monthly payroll for all divisions

Process employee expenses for all divisions

Process all source deduction and other remittances

Document and maintain procedures

Maintain knowledge of all relevant provincial regulations

Complete year end reporting and document filing for employees (T4 / T4A)

Complete annual reconciliations for payroll and all provincial EHT and Workers’ Compensation programs

Process employee changes

Reconcile employee time off to Bamboo HR

Administer benefit program

Provide employee communications as required

Provide journal entries as required to be entered into the accounting system

Maintain adherence to Company policies

**Other**

Perform other duties as assigned by the CFO

**Qualifications and Experience Required**

3+ years administration of payroll and benefits

NPI - Member of the National Payroll Institute

MS Excel, Word, Office

Experience with Easypay payroll software

Experience with Nexonia expense management software

Knowledge of Bamboo HR is an asset

Knowledge of Sage 300 is an asset

Knowledge of multi provincial ESA

Excellent organizational and record-keeping skills

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills

Must be detail oriented

Must be deadline oriented

Must have exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

Must have exceptional and proven track-record of confidentiality

Must be able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Salary**

Commensurate with experience

Pay: From $65,000.00 per year
