Delivery and Installation Support

We are looking for a part-time Delivery and Installation Support team member to ensure the seamless delivery, setup, and breakdown of our decor at events. This flexible role is perfect for someone with weekend availability who enjoys hands-on work and providing excellent customer service on-site.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Delivery Coordination**:

- Coordinate with the Production Manager to review delivery schedules and prioritize tasks.
- Communicate effectively with clients and event coordinators to confirm delivery details and timing.
- **Safe Transportation of Products**:

- Ensure all decor items are loaded, transported, and unloaded carefully to prevent damage.
- Follow company protocols for securing decor in the delivery vehicle and manage tools and supplies safely.
- **On-Site Installation Support**:

- Assist with on-site setup of balloon decor, following detailed instructions to achieve the client’s desired arrangement.
- Collaborate with the Production Manager and team members as needed to ensure smooth installation.
- **Assembly and Dismantling**:

- Assemble balloon decor and structures according to design specifications, paying attention to detail and quality.
- Safely dismantle decor after the event, packing and organizing materials for transport back to the warehouse.
- **Problem-Solving on Location**:

- Quickly and effectively address any installation challenges on-site, such as unexpected layout changes or adjustments.
- Communicate any issues with the Production Manager promptly to find suitable solutions.
- **Compliance with Safety Standards**:

- Follow all health and safety guidelines during transport, setup, and breakdown.
- Ensure that installations are securely assembled to prevent accidents and adhere to venue regulations.
- **Documentation and Reporting**:

- Document deliveries and installations as needed, noting any issues or adjustments for future reference.
- Report back to the Production Manager with a summary of each event’s setup and any relevant feedback.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: Experience in event setup, delivery, or a related field is preferred but not required.
- **Skills**: Excellent time management, attention to detail, and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- **Requirements**: Must have a valid driver’s license and be comfortable with physical work, including lifting and assembling decor items.
- **Availability**: Must be available on weekends, with flexible scheduling on other days.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 35 per week
