Here's how a(n) Warehouse Logistics Coordinator for our Resources office contributes to our team:
**Responsibilities**:

- Performs hardware asset life-cycle management for Warehouse:

- Creates stock order requisitions as required to maintain inventory
- Generates weekly stock reports
- Warehouse shelf organization and product flow
- Coordinates JSI equipment requests from warehouse stock
- Warehouse mass equipment AFD process for obsolete equipment
- Equipment donation process and coordination for older equipment
- Tracking of warehouse shipments coordinating and resolving delays with couriers and customs broker
- Scan and upload of international shipping documents (shipping tasks ,shipping labels, and customs forms)
- Facilitate Equipment and Tools transfer process of equipment shipped and received from warehouse
- Suggest and implement warehouse operational and organizational processes improvements
- Assists with customer requisition forms
- Coordinates warehouse equipment maintenance requests
- Ships and receives as required.
- Trains warehouse shipper/receiver
- Warehouse Forecasting - stock

**Qualifications**:

- Postsecondary degree or diploma in logistics related discipline preferred
- 2 years of warehouse-related experience
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to think logically and analytically and to constructively express ideas and concepts.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize own work
- Demonstrates exceptional attention to detail and analysis of day-to-day tasks
- Demonstrates strong customer service and the ability to develops and maintains customer-focused relationships
- Understanding of different technology lifecycles
