BBE Expediting is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our International Warehouse team as a **Logistics Coordinator - Warehouse**. This is a full-time, in-person position that will support BBE in delivering _exceptional customer service_ to its clients. You are a change agent for success and customer service who is team orientated and aligns with BBE’s vision, mission, and core values.
**Responsibilities**
- Understand Edmonton cargo operations critical control points procedures including temperature and time-sensitive Pharma controls.
- Receiving cargo including physical checks, documentation verification, and storage location tracking system.
- Cargo loading and release including physical cargo check against documentation and equipment checks.
- Cargo build-up and handover including proper placement in the applicable and segregated storage area.
- On-hand stock reconciliation daily.
- Comply with Good Distribution Practices and BBE’s CEIV Pharma standards.
- Promote, support, and encourage BBE’s vision, mission, and values.
- Portray positivity, enthusiasm, and professionalism in your day-to-day responsibilities.
- Be a problem solver that is solution driven and thrives to take on more challenges.
**Qualifications**
- Technical school degree or other relevant logistics, inventory, shipping/receiving, or warehousing experience.
- Forklift experience is considered an asset.
- Strong computer skills (MS Office).
- Attention to detail and communication skills required.
- Being a team player.
- Customer service focused.
