We are seeking talented line cooks to join our team at Nook

We are hiring at our Kitsilano, Olympic Village, and North Vancouver locations.

Nook is a place where locals come share in what we love to do — connecting through our love of food and drink. We source locally and support our farmer friends, as well as import the best products that we can from Italy. What we give our guests is our best — antipasto, house-made pasta & pizza, and great wine from small vineyards. If this sounds like the right fit, we want to hear from you

**Requirements**:

- 1-2 years cook experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service during peak hours
- Knowledge on cooking temperatures and general food safety regulations
- Foodsafe certificate

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare station for service, complete mise en place and stock list
- Prepare dishes during service in an efficient and consistent manner in a fast paced and detail oriented kitchen
- Ensure kitchen standards are met at all times

Nice-to-haves:

- Culinary degree/diploma and/or the equivalent in education and experience
