Position Overview:
Join the Finning family Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, the Service Support Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties to keep the branch running smoothly.

As the Service Support Administrator, you will also be tasked with reception duties, clerical tasks, assisting with time entry. Utilizing your attention to detail and interpersonal skills within the service department is essential to the role.

**Job Description**:
Major Job Functions:

- Accurate daily time entry for the service department hourly employees
- Support the Customer Service Advisors in the management of service process and customer communication
- Opening of Maintenance Customer Orders
- Prepare and send the invoice to customers for completed work
- Daily branch admin duties
- Safety coordination

Qualifications:

- Grade 12 education at a minimum
- Post-secondary education in a related discipline considered an asset
- Self-motivated and ability to work with mínimal supervision
- Strong organization, prioritization and time management skills
- Excellent computer proficiencies including MS Word, Excel, Outlook
- Strong verbal and written com
