**The Club**: Hollyburn Country Club is a private family Club that provides its Members with an exclusive hub for activity, sport, dining, entertainment, socialization and business.

**The Position**: We are looking for part-time Athletic Administrator to join our team.
The Athletic Administrator reports directly to the Athletic Manager and works closely with the staff in the Athletic Department. The primary duties include assisting the Athletic Department with clerical tasks, and ensuring the accurate, timely completion of registrations, scheduling and bookings. This role requires the individual to work well under pressure, with quick completion and high efficiency, and be able to interact with multiple individuals daily.
**Requirements**:

- Demonstrates effective planning, organizational and supervisory skills.
- Exemplifies attention to detail in administrative tasks.
- Displays excellent communication skills.
- Computer proficiency in Word, Excel spreadsheets, Jonas, GameTime and Hippo an asset.
- Exhibits exceptional interpersonal skills, works well in a team environment.
- Able to work without supervision and takes initiative to improve efficiency and meet challenges.
- Must dress in accordance with agreed upon code appropriate to the Club.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Aiding the Athletic Department at the Club and the various sporting and recreational activities it oversees.
- Assisting with the planning, tracking and maintaining of facility calendars and schedules on GameTime.
- Completing booking and reservation requests, and consulting with relevant departments.
- Coordinating with Athletic Department team to successfully schedule and conduct all department meetings, including Activity Committee Meetings.
- Reviewing all digital medium content, including websites, to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Entering Member billing information into GameTime, both for billing and processing of credit.
- Supporting the Athletic Department with program registrations.
- Fulfilling other duties as needed by immediate supervisor.
