We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated **Pallet Builder** with **previous pallet building** experience to join our team at the Calgary NE location.

**Responsibilities**
- Utilize hand tools and power tools to construct, assemble, and fabricate building components.
- Perform heavy lifting and maneuver materials as required during the construction process.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to ensure accurate assembly.
- Operate forklifts safely to transport materials around the job site.
- Conduct quality checks on completed work to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines while maintaining high standards of workmanship.

**Experience**
- Operate pallet-building machinery and nail guns to manufacture wooden pallets according to specifications.
- Use hand tools and equipment to assist in hand-building pallets as needed.
- Set up, calibrate, and maintain machines and tools to ensure efficient operation.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Report mechanical issues or production delays to supervisors promptly.

**Qualifications**:

- Strong nail gun experience and aptitude **a must**.
- Experience building wooden pallets within a **piece work environment** a plus.
- Previous machinery operation or maintenance experience an asset.
- Forklift experience an asset.
- Ability to read and follow production orders and specifications.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
- Physically capable of lifting heavy materials (50+ lbs) and standing for extended periods.
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
