**Duties**
- Assist in managing all phases of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to develop project schematics and plans.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore and Bluebeam for project tracking and documentation.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Manage project schedules and timelines effectively through strong time management skills.
- Facilitate communication between team members, clients, and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze project risks and implement mitigation strategies as necessary.
- Ensure all documentation is accurate and up-to-date throughout the project duration using Buildertrend.

**Qualifications**
- 3 years progressive experience in related design and construction activities, including managing project deliverables.
- A University or college degree, or technology diploma in a construction, engineering or engineering technology related discipline is an asset, however combinations of education and experience will be considered.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics and blueprints accurately.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Working knowledge of contract law and construction processes also required.
