We invite you to join NinjaTech AI as a **Growth Marketing Specialist** at our Vancouver (Canada) or Silicon Valley locations as we innovate together to build autonomous AI agents. **The Growth Marketing Specialist** will play a critical role in accelerating our growth trajectory from Seed to Series A and beyond. Reporting directly to the VP of Product Management, this position will lead key GTM initiatives, focusing on online advertising, user engagement campaigns, SEO and content creator programs (AdWords, Meta, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, influencers, etc.). **Challenges we need your expertise to solve**: - Position NinjaTech AI as a distinctive leader in the General AI Agent space, breaking through the crowded AI market to achieve strong brand recognition. - Launch and scale social media presence through strategic programs, including influencer partnerships and user rewards initiatives. - Drive user engagement and retention through targeted campaigns, focusing on increasing monthly active usage. **About you**: **About us**: NinjaTech AI is a generative AI startup (B2C and B2B) with headquarters in Silicon Valley and offices in Sydney and Vancouver. Our all-in-one AI assistant, Ninja, combines the best AI models and custom AI agents to empower our customers to quickly complete tasks across research, writing, coding, image generation, and more. (myNinja.ai is now ranking top in accuracy benchmarks). NinjaTech AI is backed by Alexa Fund and Samsung Ventures and we are on track to raise Series A funding in 2025. Our team works onsite in a fast-paced and collaborative work environment. We get a lot done when we ideate together and iterate quickly. It's possible to work part-time if you have other GTM clients, but we are prepared to offer a full-time role. The options will be discussed in the interview process. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead Generation and PLG: Develop and execute cross-channel experiments to drive lead generation, leveraging analytics to optimize performance. - Social Media: Build and manage social media communities, and run targeted experiments to boost engagement. - Engagement campaigns: Segment the user base, develop engagement campaigns, and execute test-and-learn strategies. - Website Management: Oversee website development and maintenance, ensuring it reflects our brand and provides fresh, relevant content. - Community Engagement: Support the development and implementation of community engagement strategies, including content creation, webinar planning, and social media outreach, to foster a loyal and active user base. - Analytics: Monitor and report critical metrics. - Competitor Analysis: Stay current with competitor and Agentic AI trends. **Requirements**: - 5+ years of experience in a hands-on growth marketing role within a startup, preferably in the B2B SaaS or AI space. - Strong understanding of PLG strategies and experience driving lead generation through various channels. - Demonstrated ability to manage external stakeholders such as affiliates. - Demonstrated ability to build and execute comprehensive GTM strategies. - Exceptional communication skills: oral and in written form. - Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills to assess performance and optimize strategies. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
