The branch leader is responsible for branch management with all aspects of Paladin 24/7 security business portfolio. This position will oversee a diverse team to demonstrate to them the Paladin difference. **Qualifications**
- Managerial experience with a demonstrated history of progressive management responsibilities
- Experience with managing security programs, operational and scheduling coordination
- Experience in security account management best practices, general property management, and call center support services; a professional security or property management designation is an asset
- Well-defined business acumen, including definable experience in negotiation, conflict resolution, and large-scale team management
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships
- Must have a reliable working vehicle
- Working knowledge of appropriate legislation and provincial / national standards on fire safety, security, and protection of privacy
