You manage and grow both the business and the people you work with every day, making what you do critical to our success. **QUALIFICATIONS** - 5+ years of experience in branch management and/or leadership in disaster restoration or related industry - Excellent interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills required - Skilled in technology, Microsoft Office products necessary, and Xactimate preferred - IICRC certifications are a plus Do you drive profitability while leading and inspiring a team?
