**Daltco Electric **is Eastern Ontario’s largest independent electrical automation and lighting distributor. Daltco Electric serves the industrial, residential, and commercial marketplace from its three locations in Kingston, Brockville, and Ottawa.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall operations of the branch ensuring customer service levels are met and exceeded.
- Cultivate and manage key business relationships within assigned territory.
- Develop a strong relationship with all stakeholders at the customer and vendor level.
- Hire, train, and coach staff at branch level.
- Lead cycle count and annual physical inventory within branch.
- Develop a product expertise within the electrical, lighting and automation product groups.
- Work as a member of the collective team and share successes, learning experiences and failures as a group.

**Skills and Experience**:

- 5+ years experience in electrical sales or industry.
- Minimum college education, Electrical Engineering Technician/Technologist program considered an asset.
- MS Office suite proficiency.
- Proven ability to form strategic partnerships and build relationships.
- Values a team-first approach to achieving goals.
- Ability to work and keep pace in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail, organized and focused.
- AS400 experience would be an asset.
