We are passionate about providing our team with the best management and training support available while ensuring a dynamic team atmosphere. **Who We are Looking For** **Full Time Accounting Clerk (A/R) - Langley** **Job Duties and Responsibilities** - Full cycle accounts receivable including invoicing, collections & account reconciliations - Reporting in a timely and accurate manner - Set up of new accounts and maintenance of existing accounts. - Process payments (credit cards, EFT, cash, cheques) - Daily bank deposits - Cross train with A/P for vacation coverage and additional assistance when required. - Work with our sales department to ensure the best service for our customers. - Accounting department filing - Assist with reception coverage when needed. **What You Offer** - 2 + years of direct experience in an A/R capacity - The ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal - Confident and professional in making collection calls - A good knowledge of collection regulations and fair credit practices - Strong organizational skills - Detail oriented. - Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel - Experience with D365 an asset.
