- Sundays: 9 AM - 1 PM
- Monday to Thursday: 4 PM - 8 PM

**About Us**:
At Young Sprouts Therapy, we're a warm, empathetic, and family-centred child and family therapy practice focused on helping our sprouts flourish. We're seeking an organized, friendly, and solution-oriented individual to join our team as a Front Desk Assistant and Social Media Marketer during our peak hours.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Social Media Marketing**: Assist in creating and managing social media posts and engaging with comments to enhance our digital presence.
- **Phone and Intake**: Answer phone calls and handle client intake, ensuring a positive first impression.
- **Scheduling Assistance**: Support the scheduling and rescheduling of appointments as needed.
- **Greeting Clients**: Welcome clients and families, offering help with paperwork and directing them to appropriate therapists.
- **General Office Upkeep**: Keep the waiting area clean, monitor supplies, and maintain an organized environment.

**Qualifications**:

- Preferred current psychology or related field student with interest in family and child therapy.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong organizational abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
- Proficient with social media platforms and basic office software.

Pay: $17.00 per hour
