My Insurance Broker is currently seeking a Sales Broker to join our team of insurance professionals in our Customer Experience (CX) Centre.

Small enough to remain true to the family values that have allowed to us to grow extensively over the past 15 years, but large enough to provide you with all the qualified in-bound leads you require to grow your earnings beyond your expectations Partnered with all major insurance companies that sell through the broker channel, MIB offers the resources for you to come in and do what you do best - SELL, SELL SELL - with the support system in place to ensure that the best underwriting practices are adhered to. In addition to our insurance company partners, we are strategically aligned with corporate partners including among others Harley-Davidson, the Hamilton Tiger-Cats, the Motorcycle and Moped Industry Council (MMIC) and various employment/union groups to ensure the quality leads keep flowing.

**What Do You Need to Succeed?**
- RIBO License
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Confidence speaking directly with customers
- Ability to prioritize and multi task
- Determined and driven nature
- Ability to work within our high-paced Customer Experience (CX) Centre environment

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $85,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
