Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Broker role located in Cambridge, ON. The Broker will be responsible for offering customized insurance solutions to clients, maintaining strong relationships with insurer partners, and providing exceptional service. Day-to-day tasks include assessing client needs, preparing accurate quotes, processing insurance applications, assisting clients with policy changes, and providing guidance on claims. The Broker will actively strive to ensure satisfaction and uphold All-Risks' standard of personalized customer care.

Qualifications

  • Strong understanding of insurance practices, including property, casualty, life, health, and investment products
  • Customer service and relationship management skills to maintain and grow client portfolios
  • Proficiency in preparing quotes, processing applications, and managing claims efficiently
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
  • License or certification for insurance brokerage (RIBO license or similar credentials)
  • Experience using technology and software relevant to the insurance industry
  • Familiarity with the local market in Ontario is an asset
