Primary Focus: Work the wood, ruffle some feathers and build your own cluckin’ following

**Responsibilities**:

- Receive all take out orders via tablets and phone
- Verifying all orders for accuracy
- keep takeout cash and debit/CC slips organized
- Adhering to all standardized recipes, specs and portion sizes in accordance with the Coop specifications
- Ensure quality of food prepared and served
- Keep work area utensils and kitchen equipment clean and sanitized
- Maintain shift readiness through daily kitchen systems and restocking
- Perform opening and closing duties
- Follow safe operating and handling procedures at all times
- Follow all Health & safety policies and procedures
- Participate in all incentive promotions and programs and kick ass while doing so
- Adhere to all liquor laws and regulations
- Assist fellow flock members when needed
- Most importantly have a cluckin’ good time

- Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
- Reliable and flexibility to work days/nights and weekends
- Experience is an asset but not required
- Smart Serve Certification preferred but not required

WE ARE DAMN SURE OUR OLD SCHOOL VIBE, SIMPLE, DELICIOUS COCKTAILS AND CRAVE-ABLE CHICKEN ITEMS ARE GOING TO RUFFLE SOME FEATHERS.
