Carlsberg Canada recently purchased Waterloo Brewing Ltd. so Carlsberg Canada includes the production, distribution and commercialization of Carlsberg and Waterloo products as well as various co-manufacturing partnerships.

**Role Summary**:
The Brewing Team Lead will play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing quality standards, actively contributing to the development of quality processes and reporting mechanisms. The position carries the responsibility of ensuring compliance with company specifications for beer, cider, and RTD products.

**Accountabilities**:

- Provide technical expertise in all areas of Brewing and Blending operations.
- Ensure quality standards are maintained at high levels and assist in developing quality processes and reporting as required.
- Responsible for maintaining compliance with company specifications for beer, cider, and
- Coordinate all work including Brewhouse, Cellars, Filtration and Blending operations. This includes the release of bright beer and blending production, liquid supply planning, capacity, and cost management.
- Provide direction, coaching and technical knowledge transfer to all Brewing and Blending operators.
- Responsible for ensuring Brewing and Blending operations are following all regulatory and relevant industry standards including health and safety, environmental, etc.
- Actively participate in problem solving initiatives as required.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience, or equivalent experience in brewing industry.
- Must be competent with Excel, Outlook and MS Office.
- Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Must be able to escalate appropriately.
- Must be comfortable to interact across all departments and levels of the business.

**Salary**: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
