We are looking for a **Warehouse Material Stager **on **Nights (7pm-7am) **to join our growing team

**Role Summary**:
Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Material Stager is responsible for daily warehouse task completion ensuring quality, order integrity, and schedule fulfillment are met while working in a safe manner according to operational policies and procedures.

**Key Accountabilities**:

- Works in tandem with the Supply Chain (minimum of 2 daily touchpoints) to validate that all components for upcoming production jobs are in house.
- Conduct inventory counts & compare those to what the system shows, escalating any variances.
- Assist with shipping/receiving.
- Assist with supporting the production lines.
- Moving product on pallets or in crates around the storage facility.
- Stacking goods in the correct storage bays, following inventory control instructions.
- Stacking empty pallets.
- Operate forklift in a safe manner.
- Complete all required paperwork while ensuring legibility and accuracy.
- Ensure pallets are properly labeled and stored in the correct locations.
- Remove products from the palletizer in a timely manner.
- Perform general warehouse cleaning duties (sweeping floors, trailers, storage).
- Understand and demonstrate GMPs, FIFO principles.
- Able to follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all duties.
- Ensure all orders are accurately assembled, and report any product that does not meet quality standards.
- Understand inventory management principles and be able to assist in month-end inventory.

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- High School completion or equivalent.
- 2+ years Warehouse experience.
- Valid Forklift Certification is an asset.
- Recent Forklift Experience is an asset.
- Strong communication skills: verbal, written and the ability to read English.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must have intermediate computer skills and MS Office skills.
- Experience using WMS systems in a distribution environment, knowledge of Business Central would be an asset.

**Shift Premiums**:

- Waterloo Brewing currently offers a night shift premium of $4.00/hour and a weekend shift premium of $2.00/hour, which for clarity is $6.00/hour for weekend night shifts.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $21.00 per hour
