**Responsibilities**:

- Lead swimming classes for all age groups, adapting instruction for varying skill levels
- Ensure student safety and provide friendly, energetic instruction to foster learning and confidence
- Communicate progress and provide constructive feedback to students and parents
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized pool area, adhering to health and safety guidelines
- Demonstrate reliability and flexibility in working evening and weekend shifts

**What We’re Looking For**:

- **Passion and Energy**: Enthusiasm for teaching and a commitment to positive student experiences
- **Teaching Experience**: Previous experience instructing swimming classes preferred, but we welcome new instructors as well—_training provided_
- **Certifications**: Lifesaving Society Swim Instructor, Red Cross certification, or equivalent (CPR and First Aid certified preferred)
- **Availability**: Flexible scheduling; Monday-Friday evenings and weekends available

Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 30 per week
