Are you energetic, passionate about swimming, and excited to inspire others? WD Swim is hiring enthusiastic **Swim/Aquatic Instructors** to join our Markham team

**About the Role**

As a WD Swim Instructor, you’ll create a safe, supportive, and fun learning environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. With your guidance, students will build confidence, improve technique, and develop a lifelong love for the water.

**What You’ll Do**
- Teach small group lessons (max 4 students per class)
- Deliver engaging, inclusive, and safety-focused aquatic programs
- Motivate and encourage swimmers at every level
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and fellow instructors
- Help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming facility

**What We’re Looking For**
- Passion for swimming, fitness, and working with people of all ages
- Previous swim teaching or aquatic program experience (asset, but not required)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Required**: Standard First Aid & CPR-C certification
- **Bonus**: Aquafit Instructor certification
- Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- New instructors welcome — we provide full training

**Schedule & Hours**
- Evenings (Mon-Fri) and/or weekends (Sat & Sun)
- Flexible scheduling based on your availability
- Part-time: up to 20 hrs/week | Full-time: 20+ hrs/week

**Additional Information**
- Must be legally eligible to work in Canada (no sponsorship available)
