**Swim/Aquatic Instructors - Markham Location**

WD Swim is looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Swim/Aquatic Instructors to join our team at the **Markham** facility

**About the Role**

As a Swim/Aquatic Instructor, you’ll be an essential part of creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Your passion for swimming and commitment to delivering high-quality instruction will help ensure every participant has a positive and rewarding experience.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead small group swim lessons (up to 4 students per class)
- Deliver safe, effective, and inclusive aquatic programs
- Engage and motivate participants of all ages and abilities
- Communicate clearly and effectively with swimmers, parents, and team members
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming pool environment

**What We’re Looking For**
- Passion for swimming, fitness, and working with people of all ages
- Previous experience instructing aquatic programs is an asset
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- **Current Standard First Aid and CPR-C certification** (required)
- Aquafit Instructor certification is a plus
- Reliable, team-oriented, and adaptable to a dynamic environment
- New instructors are welcome — full training is provided

**Availability**
- Must be available for **evening shifts (Mon-Fri)** and/or **weekend shifts (Sat & Sun)**:

- Flexible scheduling to fit your availability

**Hours**
- **Part-time**: Up to 20 hours/week
- **Full-time**: 20+ hours/week
