You'll be successful at Shaw Steel Services with a sense of humor, self driven, hardworking, confident and a desire to enjoy a bit of sarcasm.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Interact with clients, engineers and detailers. Address client concerns, provide updates and manage expectations.
- Review drawings to ensure quality before submitting to clients for approval.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills are highly recommended.
- Clear understanding of structural drawings.
- Quality control of material listings prior to fabrication.
- Prepare fabrication packages provided by detailers for yard production.

**Qualifications**:

- Structural Engineering experience
- Experience as a rebar detailer or in a similair role is beneficial
- Proficient with AutoCAD, RebarCAD, Microsoft.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, rebar detailing and fabrication.
- Strong communication skills to interact with clients, contractors and team members is a huge asset.
- Punctual, reliable and an independent worker.

Pay: $60,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
