**Job Description**:
This role is for our Officevibe product.
- Officevibe, what is it?_
Officevibe lets managers do what they do best: build an environment of confidence, collaboration and growth in their organization. Managers can count on Officevibe solutions to help expand and develop their team, enriching dialogue with team members and gaining helpful insights into their needs.
- So, what will your new role actually look like?_
As a product manager in a creative team, you will build the future of Officevibe by developing experiences that match our clients' needs and setting clear roadmaps to deliver an optimum software program. All of your actions will aim to:
- Realize product’s vision through results that achieve the expected objectives
- Understand the market trends and the strategies to address the market in a differentiated way for your product
- Manage profit/loss for your product. Adjust your product roadmap to increase revenue andprofitability
- Define product tactics as well as roadmap and growth opportunities
- Work closely with heads of design, data and technology to create and maintain a backlog that delivers operational results.
- Take responsibility as the main person in charge of the product backlog, the planning of iterations and the development of user stories for the swimlane, which will be dedicated to you
- Assess value, build cases and highlight stories and initiatives to ensure value-driven work.
- Develop good communication and act as a leader with the teams to promote alignment between the value, status and progress of the product
- Demonstrate and adopt key behaviours linked to company, team and role values.
- Engage with customers and users to fully understand their issues and define the best possible solution
**What does your future team look like?**
You'll collaborate with a product designer and developers daily, whether improving one feature or creating new ones.
You also work with the Product Director weekly to ensure cohesion throughout the product and the flow of information to other teams (Marketing, sales, support).
- What are the newest challenges awaiting your team?_
- Double user engagement in OKRs and 1:1 modules
- Innovate and simplify traditional performance management processes
- Continuously improve the platform based on customer feedback
**Qualifications**:
- Solid experience as a product manager in a SaaS company (B2B or B2C) and be recognized as a mentor in your area of expertise
- Knowledge of HR performance management (360 feedback, development & performance goals, OKRs...)
- Previous experience working in a product-driven growth environment (asset)
- Experience in delivering complete end-to-end solutions from ideation to maintenance
- Previous experience working with different teams like Marketing, Customer Success and Sales teams
