**Responsibilities as a Coordinator**: Take center stage in building a referral pipeline, increasing revenue across our services, and providing management oversight to our dedicated Children and Youth and Rehabilitation Support Workers. Operate within a regulatory framework aligned with the goals and vision of our socially responsible group of companies.

**Qualifications**:

Background in the developmental service sector, working with individuals with a developmental disability

Applicant must be comfortable with marketing and working in a fast paced sales environment along with clinical skills to work within the social service sector
- College Diploma/University Degree in CSW, DWS, SSW, CYW, or equivalent.
- Mandatory 5 years of experience supporting individuals with Acquired Brain Injuries and children and Youth with Mental health challenges
- Mandatory 2 years of supervisory experience in a social service environment.
- Vulnerable Police Sector Screening.
- Driver's License.
