**Retail Sales Expert - Sleep Shop (Richmond or Langley)**:

Sleep Shop is looking for a **high-performing Retail Sales Expert** to join our Richmond or Langley showrooms. We’re a family-run business with over 45 years of trust in Greater Vancouver, helping generations sleep better through personalized guidance and premium, Canadian-made products.

This role is perfect for someone who is hungry, driven, and passionate about delivering an exceptional experience—someone who treats every customer as a chance to build a relationship _and_ win the sale.

**What You’ll Do**
- Deliver an exceptional, high-conversion sales experience through one-on-one consultations
- Consistently **exceed personal and store sales goals**—you thrive with targets
- Become a product expert across mattresses, adjustable bases, pillows, and sleep accessories
- Maximize every customer interaction, from showroom engagement to follow-up
- Keep the showroom welcoming, organized, and aligned with Sleep Shop’s high standards
- confidently and professionally resolve customer questions and concerns

**Who You Are**
- A **top-tier closer** with a minimum of **5 years of strong retail sales experience**:

- Motivated by results—you don’t wait for customers, you engage them
- Warm, professional, and genuinely excited about helping people improve their sleep
- Tech-comfortable (POS, CRM, digital tools)
- A strong communicator who follows up, follows through, and builds lasting relationships
- Available Saturdays and Sundays, plus three weekdays (schedule TBD)
