North Star Windows is seeking a highly motivated individual with strong Customer Service skills to join our dynamic Team.

**Position Title: Accounting Supervisor**

**Reports To: Director of Finance**

**Position Summary**:
Reporting to Director of Finance, the Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for a leadership role in directing day to day tasks of the sales admin and finance team in completion of the department’s objectives and goals. Accounting Supervisor will be responsible for ensuring timeliness and accuracy of billing and customer data entry process while adhering to policies and procedures. The position requires data analysis and quality control to ensure accuracy of the financial results.

**Primary Responsibilities**:

- Oversees the invoicing process and performs weekly Sales Reconciliation against project statuses.
- Adhere to process and system requirements in line with company revenue audit requirements.
- Oversees the workflow of the Sales Admin team.
- Creates a team environment that fosters strong employee engagement.
- Monitors individual team member performance and coaches/mentors to maximize effectiveness.
- Performs sales contracts review, discount management and approval, project profitability analysis.
- Prepares Credit terms documents and risk analysis for new customers for approval.
- Assists in revenue analysis through the timely provision of analytical reporting across multiple dimensions using advanced Excel tools and other BI tools as they come available; including pricing analysis, sales mix impact on standard gross margins; and identifying drivers of profit variance to plan and prior year.
- Oversees cash reconciliation in ERP and performs monthly Bank Reconciliation of disbursement, deposit accounts.
- Facilitates and completes monthly closing procedures that include preparation and posting of month end closing journal entries and various reconciliations.
- Analyzes and summarizes various high-volume Balance sheet accounts.
- Fully maintains the fixed assets and lease record of addition, deletion and depreciation. Physical verification of assets on periodical basis. Als
