Our team is looking for a **Talent Acquisition Consultant** who is passionate about all things recruitment and constantly challenges the recruitment norm by looking at innovative ways to find healthcare professionals across Canada.
This is a 7 - month Contract, Hybrid role, reporting to the Sr. Manager, Talent Acquisition. This **Talent Acquisition Consultant** is responsible for the full cycle recruitment of CTG high-volume roles. You will be providing talent acquisition support across multiple business lines within CTG.
**What you'll be doing**:
- You are recruitment. You have complete ownership of the recruitment cycle from intake, souring, interviewing, providing offers, and onboarding the new hire's until their first day.
- You build relationships. You will be supporting internal stakeholders to deliver their talent acquisition needs while providing recruitment advice and guidance to hiring managers.
**Skills needed for success**:
- Experience in full-cycle recruitment preferably within the healthcare industry. Recruiting for high volume roles is ideal
- You are curious and don't settle for status quo. You constantly look for ways to strengthen and improve your craft as a talent acquisition specialist. You don't settle for anything less than recruitment excellence
