**The Opportunity**

We’re looking for a driven and people-focused Talent Acquisition Specialist to join Chartwell’s corporate recruitment team. In this role, you’ll lead full-cycle recruitment efforts that support our mission of Making People’s Lives BETTER, helping attract compassionate, high-performing individuals across our corporate offices and residences.

Working in close partnership with hiring leaders, you’ll source, assess, and secure purpose-driven talent who share our RESPECT values and commitment to service excellence.

**What You’ll Do**
- Lead a full cycle Talent Acquisition process and support pipelining activities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify talent needs and create tailored attraction strategies.
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Maintain recruitment reports and dashboards to support continuous improvement.
- Participate in recruitment events and employer branding initiatives.

**What You’ll Bring**
- **Experience**:5+ years in full-cycle recruitment with advanced sourcing capabilities.
- **Education**:Post-secondary diploma or degree in Human Resources or related field.
- **Technical Skills**:Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), Boolean sourcing, and CRM tools. Experience with Oracle HCM is an asset.
- **Soft Skills**:Collaborative, organized, adaptable, and people-first in your approach. Strong communication and consulting skills.
- **Languages**:Bilingualism in English and French is an asset.
