Talent Acquisition ManagerContractMississauga- ONSITE80-90kAccountabilities:Hire top talent to meet organizational needs and workforce planning objectivesEvolve and optimize the Talent Acquisition function to align with best practices and business goalsDeliver a positive and seamless candidate experience throughout the recruitment processProvide regular recruitment metrics and insights to leadership for informed decision-makingManage and maintain strong relationships with Talent Acquisition vendors and strategic partnersLead and monitor the work of recruitment staff to ensure achievement of departmental objectives and mandateRequirements:Education:College or University degree in Human Resources Management or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and work experienceExperience:Minimum 5+ years of experience managing full life-cycle recruitment processesSkills & Competencies:Proficient in technology and talent acquisition platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)Experience in project management and process improvement is considered an assetProven ability to lead employer branding initiatives to attract top talentSkilled in data analysis and presenting insights to inform recruiting strategiesStrong coaching and mentoring skills to develop team capability and enhance candidate and hiring manager experienceExceptional interpersonal and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detailAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentHighly organized with a passion for creating efficient processes and delivering an outstanding candidate experienceSelf-directed, solution-oriented, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement, mitigating risks, and providing actionable recommendationsDemonstrated ability to take a consultative approach, build collaborative relationships, influence stakeholders, and gain consensus to achieve results“AI may be used to screen, assess or select applicants for this position”.
