We are a Kitchen and bath manufacturer located in Brampton, ON, in business for over 50 years. Our growth has created opportunities for a full time Scheduling Coordinator.

*Responsibilities*
- Coordinate and schedule appointments for deliveries/installations
- Manage phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date scheduling records
- Collaborate with site superintendents/delivery staff to optimize appointment scheduling
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed

*Requirements*
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred
- Proficiency in using office software and electronic systems
- Proficiency in cabinet Vision an asset
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills

Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Scheduling: 3 years (required)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:
