**A great Opportunity for a Nursing Scheduling Coordinator**

In this role you will work remotely within a team-oriented environment while performing staffing and scheduling functions
- Receives and processes requests for vacancy coverage,
- Allocates and calls in relief staff to fill vacancies,
- Works closely with other departments to identify staffing gaps
- Maintains records of staff - names, addresses, phone numbers, availability for work,
- Oversees staffing systems - current schedules, orientation schedules, casual rosters, seniority lists,

**Experience**:

- 2-3 years of scheduling experience. Preferably in a healthcare environment
- Exceptional organizational skills
- Ability to think outside the box
- Problem solving
- Experience creating Master schedules
- Working with unionized employees

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift

**Experience**:

- Staff Schedule Care: 1 year (required)
- Long Term Care scheduling: 2 years (required)
- Collective Bargaining Agreement: 2 years (required)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Brampton, ON L6Y 5P3
